We can probably all relate to an outdated bathroom in need of an update. This client wanted to upgrade their blah, builder-grade bathroom cabinets and rejuvenate the entire room. They also needed help making their bathroom work for them, which meant getting rid of an oversized, underused whirlpool tub.

This client took an already spacious home to the next level by reconfiguring much of the main floor, as well as constructing a two-story addition on their home. They looked to our Lead Sales Designer, Dondi Szombatfalvy, to help them focus on the kitchen. The space was reconfigured to take over the existing living and dining areas and included the addition of a butler’s pantry.

While design trends don’t perfectly align with the new year—what’s ”in” and what’s “out” doesn’t roll over when the calendar does—it’s still fun to consider what trends we can look forward to in 2023.
