What to Expect When You Work With Us
Embarking on a remodeling project might seem daunting, but we simplify it into clear, manageable steps. Here’s how we take your vision from the drawing board to your doorstep:
Start

Initial Consultation and Planning
Initial showroom appointment including a showroom tour, needs analysis, project objectives, and explaining our process.
Don’t forget to bring photos and rough dimensions of your space, along with a planning checklist and any inspirational pictures you have.
Commitment Stage

Design Phase and Budgeting
Participate in an interactive budget exercise, which includes a Three Column Budget Analysis, and discuss preliminary design solutions. Here, you'll draft a Retainer Agreement, marking your commitment to moving forward with the design phase of the project.
1 to 3 Months

Detailed Measurements and Selections
We visit your space to take detailed measurements that are crucial for the accuracy of your project. After the visit, we’ll create the first draft of CAD drawings for your project, allowing us to discuss and refine material selections including cabinetry, flooring, and countertops.

Finalizing the Project Details
Together, we’ll make any necessary revisions to the drawings or design plans, confirmed during scheduled meetings with your designer. This step also involves coordinating with all subcontractors to confirm labor costs.

Confirmation and Contract Signing
After final pricing is presented and estimates are agreed upon, it's time to sign the contract. This step also involves making a down payment and confirming all final measurements and decisions before the products are ordered.

Preparing for Construction
Get ready for construction by preparing your home. This includes moving out necessary items and picking up Bella Boxes from our showroom, which will help protect your belongings during the remodel.
3 to 6 Months

Installation Phase
The arrival of your cabinets marks a significant phase in your remodeling project. Once the cabinets are delivered and installed at your site, the countertops will be measured and subsequently installed. Please note that the lead time for countertops can range from 2 to 5 weeks.
The second payment will be due at this stage.

Completion and Review
The final phase includes the installation of countertops and the addressing of any punch list items. We conduct a final walk-through to ensure everything is perfect. Upon delivery of the final project binder and receipt of the final payment, it’s time to celebrate your new space!
