Job Summary: Promotes, sells, designs and manages products and services represented by Bella Domicile to a variety of customers. The Sales Designer is expected to meet the needs of the customer, represent value to the customer and generate a profit for the company.

Kitchen & Bath Designer Job Duties:

  • Greets prospects on sales floor to determine need, budget and decision making.
  • Develops new opportunities by building relationships with home builders, remodeling contractors, architects and allied professionals.
  • Initial in-home consultations.
  • Preliminary material selections with clients.
  • Approval of design retainers, estimates and sales contracts.
  • Receives payment or obtains credit authorizations.
  • Coordinate projects with contractors.
  • Attend industry related meetings and events.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by generating consistent leads.
  • Prepare yearly individual sales goals.
  • Turn in weekly sales amounts.
  • Deliver warranty binder to clients at project completion.
  • Follow & adopt the internal sales process.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent related to field of course instruction. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum Experience: 1-2 years related experience
  • Preferred Experience: 5+ years or combined education & experience


  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction blue prints, construction documents & periodical journals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to take on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Oversee a project from conception to completion.
  • Possess effective qualification skills.

  • Customer Service- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service.
  • Problem Solving- Identifies and resolves problems efficiently; Gathers and analyzes information; Develops solutions; Uses reason.
  • Drive- A self-starter who is dedicated, disciplined and driven to successfully achieve professional goals that are in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
