Daily maintenance of engineered stone requires only the simple use of soap and water or any regular household cleaner such as Formula 409.  Stubborn stains may call for the careful use of an abrasive cleaner, such as Bar Keeper's Friend, or Greased Lightening.  For extremely stubborn spills, a white scrub pad such as Scotch-Brite can be used without damaging the top.  Be sure to rinse throughly to remove any hazy residue that will diminish the shine and beauty of the countertop.
